Web implementation of the AI Heatmap Jupyter notebook created by Chip Huyen. This web version allows you to easily generate your ChatGPT usage heatmap without needing to run Python code locally.

Upload your ChatGPT conversations JSON file. To export your data:

  1. Go to ChatGPT Settings > Data controls > Export
  2. Extract the zip file
  3. Upload the conversations.json file
